Analisis Yuridis Perda Tentang Perangkat Desa di Kabupaten Sragen Dalam Upaya Mencapai Kepastian Hukum

This journal examines the existence of regulations about the appointment and dismissal of village apparatus in Sragen Regency contained in Sragen Regency Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2017 and further regulated in Sragen Regent Regulation Number 10 of 2018 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2017 concerning Village Apparatus. The research makes use of a juridical-normative approach chosen by prioritizing the use of literature materials as a source of research data (library as well as legislative documentation sources (statute approach). Qualitative research methodology is employed, and literature eview are done to obtain data. After conducing this analysis, the author comes to the conclusion that, when compared to the aforementioned laws and regulations governing the nomination and removal of village officials, there is normative conflict in the substance of this regional regulation. So that the potential for conflicts of interest between local governments and Villages are likely to occur which will hinder the realization of legal certainty for village apparatus.
