Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menjelaskan manfaat ekonomi, metode input- output untuk menjelaskan dampak ekonomi dan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis manfaat dan dampak sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan manfaat ekonomi atas injeksi investasi yang dilakukan dalam Kerja Sama Pemanfaatan BMN menghasilkan angka pengganda atas investasi sebesar 1,928. Pada analisis dampak ekonomi, hasil analisis menunjukan multiplier output dan multiplier income tertinggi di wilayah ini terdapat pada sektor listrik dan gas. Sedangkan sektor dengan angka multiplier employee (angka pengganda tenaga kerja) terbesar di wilayah ini terdapat pada sektor industri manufaktur. Manfaat sosial yang dihasilkan atas pemanfaatan BMN ini berupa lancarnya distribusi logistik. Sedangkan dampak sosial yang ditimbulkan adalah meningkatnya lapangan pekerjaan dan terjaganya kestabilan harga barang logistik di wilayah tersebut.</p> M. This study aims to determine and explain the influence of leadership, work culture, compensation, and spirituality on the performance of DPRD Secretariat employees as a supporting system for the Surakarta DPRD. The population of this study consisted of 51 DPRD Secretariat employees in Surakarta with a saturated sample. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used the Multiple Linear Regression method. The research results indicate that the results of the study indicate that leadership and compensation influence the performance of employees at the Surakarta DPRD Secretariat. This research uses a quantitative approach.</em></p> <p><em>The population of this study consists of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018–2023 period, totaling 45 companies. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, resulting in 45 companies as the research sample. The data collection method used in this study is documentation, obtained from electronic media by downloading annual reports published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018–2023 period.The results of this study show that Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) does not affect the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Current Ratio (CR) has a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Growth Opportunity (GO) does not affect the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).
