Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga Dan Lokasi Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Di Prima Boyolali

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of service quality, price and location to customer satisfaction in Prima Boyolali individually and together. This research method using quantitative quantitative descriptive method is data in the form of numbers. Sources of data in this study include primary data by using questionnaires and secondary data from the source. The population of this research is prime with sampling technique with sampling technique in this research is Simple Random Sampling. (2) Classic Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicolinearity Test and Heteroskedasticity Test), (3) Hypothesis Test (Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, ttest, F test and R2 test). The results of data analysis can be concluded: (1) Based on the test results can be obtained from the results of events, significant influence between facilities, service quality, price and location to customer satisfaction. (2) Based on F test indicate that facility variable, service quality, price and location to consumer satisfaction simultaneously
