The purpose of this study is to recognize (1) the effect of compensation, training, and internal communication on work motivation personnel TUUD Ajenrem 074 Surakarta. (2) the effect of compensation on work motivation of TUUD Ajenrem 074 Surakarta personnel. (3) the influence of training on work motivation of TUUD Ajenrem 074 Surakarta personnel. (4) the influence of internal communication on work motivation of TUUD Ajenrem 074 Surakarta personnel. The research was conducted in Administration of Inner Affairs (TUUD) Ajenrem 074 Surakarta. Population used by employees in Administration Affairs In (TUUD) Ajenrem 074 Surakarta as many as 62 employees. The sample used is 62 employees. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Proof of hypothesis in this research using multiple linear regression analysis model. The result of this study is the variable of compensation in a positive and significant effect on the motivation. The variables of the training are positively and significantly affect the motivation. Internal communication variable positively and significantly influence to motivation. Variables of compensation, training, and internal communication together affect the motivation on Administration Affairs In Ajudan General Korem 074 Surakarta
