This research aims to know the influence of variable distributive, procedural justice and interactional against employee job satisfaction. This research conducted a survey on employee of Pratama Tax Service Office Effort as much as 91 people by using this type of research populations. Types of data, namely primary and secondary data. The collection of data through the use of questionnaires and documentation. Technique of data analysis that is using multiple linear regression. The results showed that distributive justice, procedural fairness and justice interactional positive effect simultaneously against employee job satisfaction. Justice distributive has a positive and significant influence towards job satisfaction employees. The positive effect of procedural justice significantly to employee job satisfaction. Justice interactional also has a positive and significant influence towards job satisfaction employees
