Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi Kerja

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the existence of the work environment, compensation, and the leadership style against the motivation of working employees in BLK SurakartaAll employees Work Exercise Hall of Surakarta was made a research population amounted to 130 employees, using the technique of saturated samples. The sample used as many as 130 employees. Data collection techniques with likert scale questionnaire research with 1-5, and techniques of data analysis with multiple linear regression with SPSS program. Results obtained F count (70.505) > F table (4), indicating that the variable together work environment, compensation and leadership style influential significantly to work motivation. Test t retrieved the value of sig. 0.000, indicate that the work environment in the influential indivudual significantly to work motivation. From test t retrieved the value of 0.000, indicates that compensation in indivudual effect significantly to work motivation. From test t retrieved the value of 0.002, indicates that leadership style in influential indivudual significantly to work motivation. The regression coefficient obtained regression model was positive, so it was concluded that the work environment, compensation and leadership style if improved would increase the motivation of working
