This research have a purpose to analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The research was conducted at Grand Laguna Hotel & Vila Solo. The population in this research was all employees with 55 people. Sampling in this research was conducted by using the census method, because the number of population studied was not too large, then all members of the population were samples. There is a place of hypotheses formed of four variables. The tool used to analyze was multiple linear regression analysis to see the simultaneous and significant influence between the variable of compensation, job motivation variable and job satisfaction variable to employees’ performance, variable of compensation to variable of employee performance, work motivation variable to employee performance variable, employee performance variable. The research shows that compensation, work motivation, and job satisfaction have simultaneous and significant influence on the performance employee.
