Effect Of Development And Supervision On Effectiveness Of Employees On Employees Office Camat Dumbo Raya Kota Gorontalo. This study focuses on the influence of development and supervision on the effectiveness of employees who use multiple linear regression analysis of 51 respondents with a sample using the census method. Results of data processing with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product Service and Solution) gives the regression equation: Y = 4,895 + 0,227X1 + 0,670 X2. The results showed that the development has a positive but not significant effect on the effectiveness of employees. This means that the development of employees can improve the effectiveness of work but not significant so that attention needs to the application of development on the effectiveness of work. Supervision has a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of Employees, so supervision is important in improving the effectiveness of employeesReferences
