The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of social factors, Affect, complexity, conformity assignment, long-term consequences, and the conditions that facilitate the performance of the individual in the Office of Planning and Development Agency (BAPPEDA) Surakarta. This research is a quantitative study using primary data obtained through questionnaires. Total population and sample in this study were 45 respondents. Analysis performed using SPSS 20.0 multivariate analysis. data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that social factors, the suitability of the task, and the conditions that facilitate no effect and no significant effect on individual performance.
