The study aims to determine the performance appraisal and employee payroll system at the Toraja Balo Savings Cooperative (KSP. Balo'ta). The analytical method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Identify the performance appraisal components then identify the KP Balo'ta employee payroll system. The data used is the decision of the KSP Board of Directors regarding the components used in the assessment of employee performance, namely income, savings and savings, loan disbursement, member increase and non-performing loans (NPL), then the salary mechanism of KSP balo employees, namely basic salary family allowances, office allowances and performance benefits. The results of this study indicate that KSP Balota has implemented performance appraisals based on morale, commitment to targets, and communication skills. The payroll system has implemented performance-based employee payroll. The impact of this payroll system is the employee's commitment to the target charged.
