Author Guidelines
1.General Requirements
Authors should submit an only manuscripts that has been carefully proofread. The manuscript is a scientific paper from research results or conceptual ideas. Written in Bahasa (Indonesian) or English. It is an original (no plagiarism) and has never been published in other media.
2. Writing Rules
a. Title (Title of conceptual idea written with Times New Roman 14, 1 Space, Bold, Center)
b. Author (Name of Author, Departement or Institution, Email, written with Times New Roman 12, 1 Space, Center)
c. Abstract (Abstracts are written in English and Indonesian, containing brief descriptions of the legal issues raised, problems, research objectives, methods, and research results. Abstract is written with Times New Roman 12, 1 space, Italic and Center)
d. Keywords (3-5 words or phrases, Times New Roman 12, 1 Space, Italic, Bold, arranged alphabetically)
e. Introduction (Contains: 1. Outline of the legal issues raised in the narrative at the background description, 2. Research problems, 3. Research objectives and benefits, 4. Summary of the theoretical studies related to the problem under study. Introduction also includes relevant research. Introduction written in Times New Roman 12, 1 space)
f. Research Methods (Research method consists of the type of research, the approach and nature of the research, the location of the research (if the research is non-doctrinal), techniques for collecting legal or data materials and techniques for analyzing legal or data materials. Methods are written in 4 (four) to 5 (five) paragraphs written in the Times New Roman 12 and 1 space)
g. Results and Discussion (Results and discussion are the final results and are not a hypothesis test. The discussion can be divided into several sub-chapters which are numbered based on the needs and formulation of the problem. Results and discussion written in Times New Roman 12 and 1 space)
h. Closing (Contains the conclusions found in the research, as well as recommendations or suggestions. Closing is written in Times New Roman 12 and 1 space)
i. Bibliography (Bibliography is a list of references or quotations cited by authors which are compiled as a list of references. It is recommended to use the latest references or the last 10 years to conform with the latest prints. Bibliography preferably use journals. Writing a list can refer to the rules exemplified. Bibliography is written in Times New Roman 12 and 1 space) example:

j. Numbering (Numbering uses sequential numbering starting from the capital letter A and conical its use in the sub-chapters in the article as follows: A...1....a...1)...a)
h. Citations and References (Writing citations using footnotes. The source of the book is written the name of the author, (year), book title, publisher, city of publication, pages. Journal Source is written Author Name, "Journal Article Title", Journal Name, Vol. 21(4), Issue-Years: 512-527. The footnote of an article provides information that a quote has been made to avoid plagiarism. Footnotes are written in Times New Roman 10, 1 Space. Internet sources can be written by including the author's name, web or media name, date of writing, article title, web address, access information) example:
