"Each article submitted to the editorial staff will be selected through a Desk Review and Initial Manuscript Evaluation process by the Editorial Board. Subsequently, the article will be sent to Peer Reviewers and will undergo further selection through a Double-Blind Peer-Review Process. Following this, the article will be returned to the authors for revision. This process takes a maximum of one month (four weeks). In each manuscript, the Peer Reviewers will provide assessments from both substantial and technical aspects. The Peer Reviewers who collaborate with the Journal of Community Empowerment are experts in the field of public administration and surrounding issues. They are experienced in managing and publishing reputable journals both domestically and internationally.
