About the Journal
PARADIGMA is a peer-reviewed journal published by Faculty of Economic Universitas Islam Batik. It is published twice. PARADIGMA aims to provide a forum for lecturers and researchers to publish original articles about Accounting, Management, Business and Economic. The focus of PARADIGMA is publishing the manuscript of a research study or conceptual ideas.
